To lead and build the sales pipeline for Singapore Middle Market (MM), Hydrocarbon Processing Industry (HPI) and Chemical Process Industry (CPI) market. He will work closely with the country manager and operation leader to develop sales and service strategy for the Singapore market.
To effectively manage key accounts under his territory and constantly review and maintain the account operating profitability.
To build out a MTP plan for Singapore MM, HPI, CPI and develop a strategy to achieve the plans and meet the key milestones.
To effectively manage the key accounts under his territory through the implementation of service excellence elements such that all key account contracts are secured.
To lead and coach the service team on service excellence and implementation on key accounts.
To lead tender discussion and develop commercial/pricing strategy to win account with profitable margin.
Provides onsite servicing to existing customers and trouble shooting.
Provides general technical direction and assistance to customer in the operation, maintenance, repair, logistic support, and installation of Veolia products
Provide communication to Product Support and Field Service regarding all program activities and problems through regular, timely reports
Focal point for assigned accounts for all matters concerning Veolia products and services and total support, ensuring that both customer and Veolia objectives are met
Conducts training to customer operating personnel to ensure their understanding of the parameters under which the Veolia treatment program and monitoring equipment operates
Ensure that all the KPIs set by customer are met
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high service standard.
6+ years of relevant work experience managing middle market, oil & gas and petrochemical
customers.
Chemical/Environmental or equivalent engineering degree
Possess Class 3 driving license
This will be a non-sales position upon hire, until sales targets are assigned
