“ We ” or “ Veolia ” means Veolia Environnement SA, having its registered office at 21, rue la Boétie - 75008 Paris, France, acting as publisher of the Site, and its subcontractors in the context of this processing.

  1. Who are we and how do we manage our Site? 


We administer our Site through our IT service provider which is responsible for the administration of the Site, PJB et Associés (“Radancy”). The type of cookies we use and their respective purposes are detailed in sections 3 and 4 below.

  5. What is the maximum duration of cookies?

Cookies and the information collected via them may be stored for a maximum period of thirteen (12) months from the date of their registration in the consent management solution. The retention periods for each cookie are detailed above.

  6. How can you control and delete cookies?

Strictly necessary cookies cannot be deleted or disabled. The technical functionality of our Site depends on these cookies.

The cookie consent management solution we use cannot block cookies from Third Party websites linked to our Site ( these are social networks) , because we cannot technically control these websites.

The deposit of all other types of cookies is subject to your consents, which are recorded in real time by our consent management solution.

When the User visits the Site for the first time, an information banner on cookies is displayed. The User can then accept or refuse the installation of cookies via the information banner.
