Manage and optimize purchases for the BU, both with national and international suppliers, following the company's internal procedures.
Manage supplier registration, evaluation and analysis
Prepare requests for offers, RFQs and economic tabulations
Participate in contractual negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
Draft orders, contracts
Necessary assistance for Stock Procurement
Collaboration in quality audits
Support for the offers department
Monitoring and follow-up of suppliers, updating the supplier database
Participate in document updating and Purchasing processes, following the Group's standards
Participate in meetings to analyze and follow-up the actions of the department
Collaborate and record the actions of the department
Carry out the actions specific to the activity on the different platforms
Follow up on client orders
Follow the Group's Compliance procedures
• Experience: more than 5 years in industrial project purchasing management
• Academic training: Degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Chemical)
• Good knowledge in purchasing management
• English (medium/high). French is a plus.
