Job Description
Veolia is a global leader in optimized resource management. With operations in water management, waste management, and energy services, Veolia provides innovative solutions that are contributing to sustainable development.
You will lead the continuous improvement of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and cost efficiency. This role involves configuring P2P workflows, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance, and delivering insightful procurement analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
P2P Process Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and improve the Procure-to-Pay process.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain P2P workflows within the Odoo system.
- Maintain procurement master data, ensure data accuracy and compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Ensure Procurement data integrates to additional tools (spend analytics, savings tracking, supplier risk management) and accuracy across systems is maintained.
Procurement Management:
- Sourcing and Vendor Management: Support identification, evaluation and selection of vendors . Vendor relationships and performance monitoring.
- Contract Negotiation: Support negotiation of terms, pricing and contracts with vendors to secure favourable conditions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure purchased goods and services meet quality standards and specifications.
- Compliance and Documentation : Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and maintaining accurate records.
- Stakeholders Management: Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify and support mitigation of supply chain risks and developing contingency plans.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Maintain reports and dashboards for P2P performance and KPI tracking.
- Cost Analysis and Budgeting: Analyzing costs, identifying savings opportunities, and managing procurement budgets.

Qualifications
- Minimum Degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in Procurement or Manufacturing industry

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Responsible, reliable, and meticulous in managing procurement tasks
