  • As a Graduate Chemfeed Project Engineer, you will provide technical and project management support for chemical control and dosing systems across Iberia. Working closely with the Chemfeed Team Leader, you'll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge water treatment technologies, support field operations, and engage directly with customers. This role offers extensive travel opportunities across Iberia and abroad, allowing you to develop expertise in chemical feed systems while contributing to sustainable water treatment solutions that protect our environment.

Day-to-Day Duties and Learnings:

  • Assist the engineering team with design drawings, documents, material specifications, and technical bid evaluations for Chemfeed projects
  • Provide onsite technical support for chemical dosing systems and water treatment installations across Iberia
  • Conduct job site visits to collect and deliver design and engineering data, meeting with customers and engineers
  • Prepare project specifications and technical drawings to ensure installations meet standards and customer requirements
  • Coordinate installation, maintenance, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications and codes
  • Resolve specialty-related engineering issues by applying accepted principles, codes, and standards
  • Propose new instrumentation solutions and improvements for existing systems
  • Lead technical discussions with customers, acting as their focal point to ensure satisfaction and requirements are met

Qualifications

Ideal Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or similar field (essential)
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (essential)
  • Portuguese language skills are useful
  • Valid driver's license for EU
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar platforms
  • Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 70% of the time across Iberia and abroad)
  • Knowledge of water treatment systems are useful
  • Experience in project management, particularly water treatment projects are useful
