- Lead and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth, brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels including but not limited to company website
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
- Generate regular performance reports and presentations
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing strategy, project management, campaign management preferably with an experience in marketing automation tools and CRM systems, webmastering, advertising or digital marketing agencies
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
- Familiarity with CMS platform Drupal, Adobe, Canvas, Google Analytics, etc
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
