This position can be located anywhere in the North East of the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide process or hydrocarbon process industry technical support to the commercial sales team and develop improvement plans
  • Collaborate with Product Management, IT, and Training teams to drive long-term strategy and sustainability
  • Understand customer concerns, develop corrective action plans, and communicate with the commercial team
  • Gather industry intelligence and market trends to inform business development
  • Make technical presentations to customers and develop engineering and installation work scopes.
  • Technical degree from an accredited university or college (Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in refinery process chemical treatment sales and service or combined experience in process chemical sales with refinery process engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, customer focus, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
