Job Description
1. Strategic Market Analysis and Research:
Conducting in-depth market assessments to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and untapped opportunities within the energy sector.
Performing detailed research on potential new technologies, regulatory shifts, and evolving customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
Analyzing market data to forecast growth areas and pinpoint critical factors influencing the success of energy-related projects.
2. Project Management for Energy Growth Initiatives:
Leading and coordinating strategic projects aimed at expanding the company's energy footprint and achieving growth targets.
Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and measurable success metrics.
Monitoring project progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and implementing corrective actions to ensure timely and on-budget delivery of energy initiatives.
Serving as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in various growth projects.
3. Sales Enablement Support:
Developing high-quality sales tools and collateral (e.g., presentations, case studies, competitive intelligence briefs) that empower the sales team to articulate the value proposition of energy solutions effectively.
Providing essential support and expertise to the sales force during key phases of the sales cycle, including proposal development and client presentations.
Facilitating the transfer of knowledge from strategic initiatives and market research findings to the front-line sales teams, ensuring they are equipped with the latest information and insights.
Qualifications
Educational background: Engineering or Business Master
Professional background: Exposure to Energy or Sustainability.
Skills: Analytical, communication
Languages: English
Personal abilities: Self starter, strong drive, good interpersonal skills to connect with people
