Job Description

Prime Objective:

 

The Marketing Coordinator Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on market trends, customer and competitor intelligence to support marketing strategy, campaign planning, product positioning, and commercial performance. 

 

Marketing Coordinator Analyst will support in the planning, executing, and managing various marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products, services, and brand and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. 

 

Marketing Coordinator Analyst will contribute to the overall success of our marketing team by implementing effective marketing initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Market Research, Analysis, & Reporting: 

  • Conduct market research on industry trends, customer segments, competitors, and emerging technologies

  • Support the development of market size estimates and growth forecasts across various geographies and sectors

  • Prepare internal marketing  reports and presentations for market and competitive insights

  • Monitor industry news, reports, and regulatory changes relevant to the water and environmental sectors

  • Collaborate with the team to support ongoing research and strategic initiatives

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across sources

  • Support forecasting and scenario planning with data-backed insights

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to marketing strategies.

 

Customer & Competitor Intelligence:
 

  • Gather and analyze insights on customer needs, preferences, and satisfaction levels
  • Assist in the mapping and profiling key customers for the region

  • Track competitor strategies, pricing, positioning, and offerings

  • Collaborate with teams the development of competitor intelligence for the region

 

Campaigns and Digital Marketing: 

 

  • Collaborate with the Communication team to develop comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

  • Participate in the creation of marketing collateral, content, and visuals that resonate with the target audience and align with the brand's messaging.

  • Collaborate in digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, online advertising, SEO, email marketing, and lead capture strategy

  • Contribute to the creation of engaging and relevant content for marketing materials, social media posts, and email campaigns

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and present data-driven insights to the team.

  • Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

  • Uphold the brand's identity and guidelines in all marketing materials and communications.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, business intelligence, or market research

  • Excellent organisational and strong analytical skills with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and CRM platforms

  • Understanding of marketing funnels, segmentation, and digital campaign metrics

  • A blend of creativity with analytical skills to create impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience and contribute to the company's success.

  • Enthusiastic and organized to support in the implementation of various marketing campaigns and initiatives. 

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a passion for coordinating marketing activities
