Job Description
Veolia is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to direct and support our Finance, Customer Care, AI, and Sales departments in Hungary and the CEE Region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing strategic HR guidance and implementing effective people management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership teams in Finance, Customer Care, AI, and Sales departments to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
- Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and organisational development initiatives.
- Lead change management efforts and support organisational transformations within assigned departments.
- Analyse workforce data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes and policies.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
- Facilitate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives
- Act as a mediator in conflict resolution and employee grievance processes.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to implement company-wide HR policies and practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum o f 5- 10 years’ of progressive experience in a Business Partner role.
- Strong knowledge of Hungarian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Proven track record of implementing successful HR initiatives and driving organisational change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Hungarian and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Category "B" driver's licence.
