Description du poste

Fully integrated into our Marketing and Sales Efficiency team, your main mission consists in contributing to Veolia’s marketing initiatives by supporting operational marketing projects, providing actionable insights and developing competitive offers for our BUs worldwide, with a special focus on monitoring market trends, structuring marketing roadmaps, and fostering engagement within our communities. You will also support the day-to-day life of our marketing team, and more largely our Marketing and Sales Efficiency teams.

MARKETING COMMUNITIES COORDINATION

• Contribute to animate the marketing communities (Marketing Directors, Steering Committee,...)
• Identify potential topics for the webinars, prepare the contents with the speakers, manage the logistics aspects and follow up
• Organize the annual marketing awards (internal) Support the organization of the annual Innovation & Development Seminar

MARKETING INITIATIVES

• Contribute to defining/updating/developing the marketing initiatives
• Collect and structure the library of Marketing Good Practises within Veolia
• Marketing Offers : contribute to develop specific marketing deliverables for existing or new offers
• Marketing & AI: support initiatives for AI-based marketing use cases

STRATEGIC MARKETING

• Strategic marketing: market, competition and customer intelligence (customers’ challenges , competitors and potential partner initiatives), eventually carry out qualitative and quantitative market research (customer needs, market potential,…)

DEPARTEMENT SUPPORT

• Support the Marketing team and more largely our Marketing and Sales Efficiency team with the department director
• Arrange and prepare meetings and workshops, including logistical arrangements, taking notes/writing minutes and handling follow up actions
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor the project delivery (production schedule,...)

We offer an apprenticeship contract for 12 months, starting in early September 2026.

Qualifications

You are in Master 2 from Management Schools/universities (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EDHEC, Audencia, Dauphine...) or Engineering Schools/universities (CentraleSupéléc, Mines, Pont, AgroParisTech,...), double cursus is a plus.

• Good presentation skills
• Good writing skills and analytical mind Ideally combining marketing & digital background 
• IT & Communication literate -
• Good command of the Google suite (G-Sheet, G-Slide,...) & digital marketing tools

• English C2 - Bilingual
• French B1/B2 Operational

• Organized and solution driven 
• Can work autonomously
• Open minded and team player 
• Curious, forward-thinking profile with a strong exploratory mindset 
• Concerned about environmental issues
