Job Description

Job Summary: ** This role is a split of 90% Operations Manager and 10% Sales 

The  Depot/Service Manager will provide direction and assistance to the work with group of Service Technicians in order to meet assigned objectives. In this role you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.

● Assist Leaders with overall decision making in areas of process improvement and/or production and/or service to make appropriate resource decisions (manpower, equipment, methods) to facilitate the flow of equipment and customer service process. 
Supervises team’s EHS performance and has overall has site safety management
Build and develop team’s skills and training
Manages all employees designated to the Stockton site including hiring, personnel performance reviews, discipline actions and recruiting.
● Coordinate and provide technical, quality and leadership to the Service Team to meet quality, schedule and cost goals. 
Performs customer site visits and provides services as needed
● Coordinate all first line activities (i.e. Methods, Production & Quality Control) to assure the meeting of production and service schedules and customer satisfaction, cost goals, and maintaining the highest standards of quality 
● In collaboration with our Sales Manager and Sales Team leader you will understand and communicate customer's needs, qualify leads, and work closely with all stakeholders to provide competitive solutions for our customers
● Perform administrative duties to support the business, including timecards, labor vouchers, self-audits, absence reviews, and missing time corrections, vacation schedules, etc 
● Support company's new product launch campaigns and gather market information for company's new developments 
Coordinates site needs , supplies and deliveries with San Jose Management
Manages local fleet vehicles
● Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 

Preferred: 
● Working DOT Knowledge 
● Mechanical/operations and applications knowledge 
Education & Experience 

Required 
● Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing role) 
Preferred 
● Water treatment experience 
● Experience with Health and Safety Framework/E Framework 

Working Conditions 
● Travel regularly and frequently within the territory as needed

Compensation:

• The compensation range is tied to the market for similarly bench-marked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $85,826 - $108,000.
