Job Description

● The Field Service Engineer key role is to provide routine servicing for the existing customer according to the contract commitment. Routine activities to be accomplished includes:

❖ Sampling and testing of water and/or process fluid

❖ Submit technical service report based on the testing results and provide any technical recommendation if necessary

❖ Maintain and service the online analytical equipment

❖ Maintain and service the dosing equipment on site.

❖ Will need to manage the chemical inventory on site and ensure there is sufficient chemical.

❖ Place order for replenishing of chemicals and arrange for delivery and top up the chemical.

● To need to review and study treatment trends to identify potential problems with the treatment and pro-actively proposed remedy actions.

● To support the Account Manager in providing data and preparing trends and charts to run a business review with customers.

● To perform trouble shooting and engage customer to solve the treatment challenges

● To ensure all critical KPIs are met and make any correction if necessary to the treatment program to ensure KPIs are met

● Technically competent to support customers to identify areas of improvement and run projects that could help customers optimize treatment cost or generate other forms of savings.

● Occasionally to support customers over weekend or on shift work for specific trouble shooting or treatment recovery.

Qualifications

● Chemical/Environmental or equivalent engineering degree

● At least 3 years relevant experience

● Possess Class 3 driving license
