Account Manager

Primary Responsibility:
 Responsible for water treatment & Process Chemicals solution sales in petrochemical
industries in Shandong province.
 Develop and execute territory sales plans to drive top line growth, meet sales targets.
 Identify business opportunities; Maintain customer relationships through value-added
services.
 Integrate sales strategy with regional situations to maximize Veolia's share in the
marketplace.
 Familiar with Value Selling.
 Work in a matrix environment with product management, commercial operation,
engineering and technical support, and some service work.
 Ensure all opportunities meet Veolia WTS business objectives for profitability and assess
the commercial and technical viability of the project. Determine and assess all risks,
including financial, environmental, legal, political, etc.
 Recommend the appropriate structure for the project to the company, including the need
for local equity partners, structure of the construction contract, and O&M (operation &
maintenance) aspects of the project.
 Ensure a smooth transition of all activities to the implementation team.

Qualifications Required:
 Bachelor’s degree, preferably in chemistry/chemical engineering/environment
engineering/petrochemical, or related field.
 At least 3 years work experience in water treatment chemical, Petrochemical process
treatment chemical or related industries.
 Strong business development, marketing and customer relations skills.
 Excellent communication/sales skills.
 Strong ability to work independently (commercial & technical capacity).
 Great team player.
 Good analytical skills - both technical and financial.
 Good compliance spirit.
