Job Description

The Position: 

As the Sales Operations Intern, you will be supporting the Sales Operations team through data analysis, data quality reviews, report generation and improvement programs.  You will be part of the Commercial Operations team. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals across many functions of the business (ie. commercial, project, IT) and across the NorAm region. You will gain exposure supporting these teams and assisting the greater organization in achieving its goals and objectives as an active participant.  This position is based in Oakville, ON.

Responsibilities:

* Salesforce & SAP data reviews, analysis & data quality audits

• Creation and updating of reports (Salesforce, Tableau and Sheets) for use by the commercial teams, manufacturing forecasting and management

• Working with the commercial and project teams to drive data accuracy and update rhythms

• Through the use of data help the business transform the Sales Operations function into an integral part of the business commercial daily operations

 * Support other business initiatives as required

Do you qualify? We are seeking…  

Skills:

• Self-motivated, quick to deliver and a team player 

• Able to demonstrate a dedication to safety 

• Good written and oral communications skills and Ability to effectively present information to project and functional management 

• Strong organizational, communication and PC skills are required (in particular spreadsheets & associated tools)

• Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM tools), SAP (ERP) or similar.  Ability to demonstrate understanding of the tools and ability/willingness to learn.

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common financial reports, and contract documents
