General description of the position: Advise the Commissioning Project Manager and the Project Director on Health and Safety issues. Ensure daily safety monitoring for the SARPI project team on the KOBE project.
Main Responsibilities:
Communication and Management:
Alert the Project Director and MPR on urgent issues Report good practices, incidents, near misses, accidents and HiPO
Organize, animate and coordinate the management of Health and Safety on site for SARPI
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety rules
Plan and organize initial and specific Health and Safety training
Support the on-site team in terms of Health and Safety
Health and Safety:
Propose, implement and follow up the Health and Safety action plan
Develop and implement the Health and Safety Action Plan for SARPI during the commissioning phase
Advise and provide Health and Safety expertise to the project management
Participate in investigations in case of accident/incident/near miss and follow up corrective actions
Check and monitor the Health and Safety management of subcontractors and suppliers
Support site managers, project managers and SARPI supervisors in coordination
Develop consistent tools and make them available to operational staff Regularly audit the Health and Safety situation on site
