You will join us between July and October 2025 and complete a 1-year fully immersive graduate programme. This structured development journey leads to exciting long-term career opportunities across our global operations. Towards the end of the program, we will begin a career conversation with you to agree which area of the business you will move into.

As a world leader in smart and sustainable resource management, we're offering an exceptional opportunity for graduates to develop into Account Management roles within our innovative water treatment division. You'll be part of our graduate programme, where you'll gain comprehensive exposure to commercial operations while developing strategic relationships with key industry clients.
This role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen, offering you the chance to work with cutting-edge water and process technologies while building valuable business relationships. You'll be supported by experienced professionals who understand the graduate journey, including a hiring manager who progressed through our graduate programme themselves.
Day-to-Day Duties:
• Learn to develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts
• Gain experience in delivering value-based solutions to customers
• Develop technical expertise in water treatment processes
• Contribute to achieving business targets through customer retention strategies
• Learn to provide technical services and recommendations for plant operations
• Collaborate with service, customer care, and technology teams
• Participate in measuring customer satisfaction and developing solution pipelines
• Engage in service/sales team meetings and training sessions
Ideal Skills and Experience:
• B.Sc. or higher degree in Engineering or Applied Science with a Chemical background
• Fluent in English and Dutch - other European languages are useful
• Strong interest in commercial or key account management
• Excellent presentation and reporting capabilities
• Problem-solving aptitude and adaptability
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and/or Google Workspace tools
• Valid driving licence
• Willingness to travel regularly during the programme
• Industry knowledge would be advantageous
