Descripción del empleo

Develop and execute a sales pipeline for CMS business in the Hydrocarbon Industries to deliver double digit growth year over year.

Shape the market strategy based on a Value Proposition; Recommend product portfolio (chemical) improvements if needed.

Leverage Digital Solutions for the Industry; Create and consolidate partnerships to succeed in the market.

Develop and strengthen relationship with Top Management of Key Customers.

Requisitos

Demonstrated domain in complex sales and market knowledge.

Commercial Terms and Conditions negotiation experience.

Demonstrated leadership style showing capabilities to accelerate change, work in a rapidly changing environment and operate independently to deliver business results.

Strong interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills..

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Proficiency in English.

Ability to coordinate several opportunities simultaneously.

Effective problem identification and solution skills.

Proven analytical and organizational ability.

Ability to travel >50% (both Domestic and International).
