Role Summary/Purpose

As part of the broader Engineered Systems Sales team, the incumbent will lead ES Sales in Thailand to secure profitable services business across the region, working closely with the broader SEA VWTS leadership team.

 

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive plan for the geography to meet or exceed Services revenue and contract values operating plan focused in Thailand

  • Develop and present actionable regional sales strategies across the Services product line that result in closing new business at non-Veolia Water accounts and lead to renewals at existing accounts.

  • Own and deliver country sales target(s) 

  • Foster strong partnerships with other Veolia divisions maximizing synergy and growth opportunities. 

  • Cultivate long term customer relationships. 

  • Support the accurate forecasting of revenue and multi-year contract values at the regional level.

  • Participate in the business roll-up processes for Services in region. 

  • Work with customers to understand their CTQ's (Critical to Quality) and develop appropriate Services solutions. 

  • Cultivate long-term relationships at all levels of a customer, which includes applicable potable/wastewater producers and Industrials.

  • Foster a strong partnership with all Veolia business lines and affiliates to maximize synergy with their accounts, prospects and growth initiatives.

  • Periodic travel within the territory.

  • Deliver results meeting or exceeding operating plan goals on revenue and contract value and fulfill other goals and objectives.

  • Driving EHS and integrity as main driver for all activities.

 

Qualifications / Requirements

  • At least 6 years field sales experience.

  • At least 3 years of BOO/Mobile or other directly related experience such as water & waste water technologies.

  • BS Engineering or related technical discipline.

  • Fluent in English and other applicable languages

 

Desired Characteristics

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Water Industry and applicable technologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships at all levels of customer organizations. 

  • Demonstrated strong communication skills & ability to effectively lead a multi-functional team. 

  • Proficiency in using applicable software & sales empowerment tools. 

  • MBA degree, or equivalent business experience.

  • Local customer base and market experience.
