Job Description
This position is accountable for handling plan and manage mechanical systems maintenance and related components, specify and procure maintenance materials and equipment, improve machinery maintenance systems and machine utilization, plan machine shutdown schedules, coordinate and supervise contractors before and during maintenance work, and perform maintenance work inspection and acceptance. The responsibilities & authorities are including the following:-
Technical
● Plan and execute maintenance schedules according to preventive maintenance program
● Execute repairs, procure replacements, and review maintenance plans when machinery or equipment malfunctions
● Troubleshoot and repair machinery or equipment malfunctions
● Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and technicians
● Monitor and control maintenance costs with proper documentation
● Ensure work procedures comply with safety standards and hygiene regulations
● Develop maintenance procedures and manage inventory control of spare parts and equipment
● Develop Mean Time Between Failure, Mean Time to Repair, Failure Mode Effect Analysis template for all v equipment and implement it.
● Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and Risk Assessments for the maintenance of all equipment
● Preparing estimates and budgets for all equipment included the sensor/flow meter / crane
● Deliver quick and effective technical solutions and proactively interface with the Operation engineer / operator for resolving issues
● Provide appropriate training for subordinate employees to comply with legal requirements or client agreements.
● Plan and optimize maintenance schedules and timelines in coordination with operations team to ensure maximum efficiency and up-to-date maintenance programs
● Ensure the cleanliness or 5S of process equipment and plant area.

Health, Safety & Environment
● Ensure that HSE policies and procedures are implemented and applied in all plant
related activities.
● The responsibilities toward HSE shall include;
(a) Complying with HSE and in the event of doubt of certain issues to consult Plant Manager for advice or instruction.
(b) Wearing allocated PPE provided by the employer to suit working condition requirements.
(c) Participate in any program for promotion of HSE.
(d) Prevent occurrence of Unsafe Act and Unsafe Condition at workplace.
Quality
● Apply the Quality procedures for operations bound to their activities.
Qualifications
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Maintenance Reliability Engineering field
