Framosa, a joint venture under Veolia, is a combination of biotechnology pharmaceuticals and circular economy to create the first biomedical industry based on circular economy, providing solvent recovery services in pharmaceuticals industry.
This plant mainly focuses on New Innovation Circular Economy Technologies, which will help the pharmaceutical industry to recover solvents used in the production of drugs and raw materials
- Daily operation: good allocation of resources and management of the teams in compliance with standards and procedures
- Ensure all the operations to meet internal safety requirements and regulatory compliance
- Define the prioritization of interventions and possible outsourcing.
- Guarantee productivity and performance and provide solutions if gaps occur, in a logic of continuous improvement
- Optimize resources and asset utilization to achieve profitability, quality, and delivery objectives of operations
- Lead operating disciplinary management and ensure all procedure users to follow procedures to run the plant.
- Accountable for production spending control within the budget and reporting to management
- Cooperate with the Maintenance manager for regular reviews of downtime by equipment failures to continue improvement on site mechanical reliability
- Monitor the operating expenses and work margins
- Lead production data analysis for strategic and operational management and reporting
- Drive performance and compliance plans
- Contribute to the implementation of good practices and promote the emergence, formalization and dissemination of new efficiency levers, innovation paths and best practices to improve the technical and organizational functioning of operations
- Participate punctually to the commercial development and management of existing contracts
- Develop and evaluate individual and collective skills/performance
- 5-10 years’ experience as an operation manager of the chemical or pharmaceutical plant.
- Familiar with process safety management
- Good knowledge of GMP for Pharmaceutical API is a plus
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
