GENERAL FUNCTION
Responsible for providing service at client’s site according to the Service Agreement
TASKS
Technical
Provide services including but not limited to technical advice, system monitoring and maintenance, troubleshooting, piping & repairing job
Raise safety awareness at site and ensure a safe working environment
Read and understand all the content, scope of supply, obligations in the contract
Lead and manage subordinates to perform job tasks effectively (meeting quality, agreed time line & within budgeted cost)
Carry out daily job task planning, ensure good housekeeping and advise clients for parts, plant or system improvement and best practices
Lead and execute Service Jobs within budget, meeting dateline/schedule, safety and quality standards in compliance with client’s contract
Participate in the kick of meeting and work on the approved budget & proposal.
Respond promptly to troubleshoot system abnormality
Call monthly meetings to discuss monthly reports, AR & issues arising
Ensure Job order / work order is completed with Service Report & other necessary documents
Conduct “On the Job Training” to Technicians at site
Assist, schedule and manage manpower coverage across assigned sites
Participate and contribute in sales projects, consumables and service support
Being on-call 24/7 to respond to emergency cases

Education
University Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical)
