Job Description
Responsible for services include but not limited to technical advice, system monitoring and maintenance, troubleshooting, piping & repairing job related to service contract. To provide service at customer site, ensure subordinate follow company & customer safety rules & requirement and to be responsible to ensure the service team provide proper service to customer according to Service Contract Agreement
TECHNICAL
- To ensure subordinate follow company & customer rules & practices.
- Ensure all plant data and performance is accurately updated in the monitoring files and reports.
- Assist site Engineer in following up on plant's Preventive Maintenance (PM) program and that it is executed properly and timely.
- Plan daily task while on duty and ensure good housekeeping at all times.
- Ensure all abnormal conditions are highlighted promptly to the site Engineer and assist in system/equipment/process troubleshooting to ensure fast closure.
- Able to lead and train the junior Technicians. Provide guidance to the team on technical, resources, skills / knowledge and reporting to achieve services excellence.
- Attend to any ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior / HOD as and when required.
- Maintain availability on a 24-hour per day/365 day per year call basis to ensure coverage for FSR duties, EHS and production emergencies

- Apply the Safety procedures for operations bound to their activities.
Quality
- Apply the Quality procedures for operations bound to their activities.
Qualifications
● Minimum Higher Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services
● At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the Facilities Management industry, including at least 3 years in M&E Facilities Maintenance
● Must be proficient with Microsoft and google workspace applications
Added Advantages:
● Diploma or Degree in any Facilities Management related qualification
● Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance and M&E systems including Electrical, ACMV, Chiller, and Fire Protection systems
● Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
● At least 2 years’ experience in the operation & maintenance of water treatment system or facility operation (RO, EDI, UF, Filters, WWTP)
● Experienced on control system (SCADA or HMI)
● Strong oral and written communication skills
● Able to interface at all levels of the organization both internally and externally
● Proven analytical and quality improvement ability
