Krüger Kaldnes is Veolia’s water technology expert in Norway. Your responsibilities
As a project manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from start to finish, in close dialogue with customers, partners, and your project team. You will be a key driver in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards, while also building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Leading the project team and motivating collaboration toward common goals
  • Planning and managing technical design, production, and installation
  • Monitoring project finances, contracts, quality, and risk management
  • Participating in construction meetings and technical discussions to secure optimal solutions
  • Maintaining professional cooperation with the project’s various stakeholders

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced project manager with a technical background and 5–8 years of solid experience from consultancy or construction projects—preferably within water/wastewater treatment, aquaculture, or large-scale infrastructure projects. You have a systematic and holistic approach, able to combine structure and attention to detail with strong financial insight.

You are accustomed to assessing commercial risks, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. As a leader, you motivate your project team and ensure progress, quality, and results.

We imagine that you have:

  • A degree in process or mechanical engineering (bachelor or master)
  • Experience managing complex projects
  • Strong collaboration and negotiation skills, as well as a professional understanding of contracts
  • Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English
