Organizes the movement in warehouses, from receipt to delivery. Coordinates all storage, distribution and transport activities, with the aim of reducing lead times and costs to improve customer service.
Ensures the optimization of inventory management. Guarantees the quality of services to our customers, respecting the group's standards.
Coordinate and control logistics operations for receiving and delivering
Plan the organization of the collaborators' work
Optimize storage
Control the management of product inventories (referencing, rotation, etc.).
Collaborate in the preparation of inventories (rotating, periodic, annual)
Ensure the follow-up of orders with suppliers
Ensure compliance with delivery times
Respect and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other group regulations
Establish and monitor logistics performance indicators, address possible anomalies
Follow the continuous improvement process of logistics services
Establish, control and guarantee quality objectives, in conjunction with production
Ensure budget monitoring
Control documentation relating to the different products and integrate arrivals into the computer system
Ensure the availability of products in stock in relation to the production schedule and commercial operations
Be informed of possible incidents that could delay the delivery
Choose the most suitable means of transport for the materials and deliver within the expected time
Organize the return of packages and re-shipments
Ensure the follow-up of orders and inventory management
Supervise logistics operators
Ensure the application of regulations relating to the storage and transport of materials
Ensure good relations between the different actors in the company, internal (production, sales department...) and external (customers, suppliers, customs...)
Participate in and propose developments in the areas of supply, distribution, transport of goods as well as in logistics networks
Participate in the development of logistics information systems to optimize inventory management
Experience: 5 years as Logistics Manager in industrial product warehouses
Academic training: Industrial Technical Engineer or Industrial Organization and Logistics Engineering
Good knowledge of Office. Industrial Organization. Logistics. Inventory Management
English (medium-high)
