Roles & Responsibilities:
● Own, develop, execute and follow up the digital roadmap of the global supply chain for material requirement
planning, available to promise, production planning, and detailed scheduling processes. Ensuring integration with critical business processes and align SCM tools and processes.
● Business Process Owner of the PPDS, MRP, ATP Area for the SC sites, responsible for related process mapping, documentation (SOPs, work instructions), driving process harmonization and standardization, and continuous optimization.
● Drive the End-to-End digital transformation of material requirement planning, available to promise, production
planning, and detailed scheduling processes. Co-lead the implementation of the advanced planning system, pilot,
documentation, training, and roll out. Optimize system usage ensuring efficiency, effectiveness and alignment
with business strategy,
● Lead change management activities at all levels of the organization, leadership and cross-functional teams to
ensure smooth and on time implementation for the digital transformation projects.
● Manage Communication with stakeholders,
● Engage teams, collaborate with other business functions - processes to ensure continuous alignment, cooperation and co- creation,
● Define metrics to measure efficiency of the implemented processes and systems - focus on digitization and
eliminate manual/person dependent processes on production planning area - Manage the performance of the
processes owned,
● With your profound knowledge of processes, system functionality and understanding of requirements you will
develop the landscape of initiatives and prioritise execution,
● Ensure flawless customer fulfilment, supply chain efficiency and best cash position through continuously
monitoring and managing process and tools and alignment of all processes.


Specific responsibilities include:

Qualifications preferred to do this role:
● University undergraduate degree in operations, supply chain, engineering, business administration or related
fields, master degree preferred,
● Fluent in English is a must,
● Business fluency in Hungarian is preferred.


Experience preferred to do this role:
● 10+ years of professional experience working for a global manufacturing or chemical company,
● Planning experience is a must, experience must be in demand planning, supply planning, production planning, and detailed scheduling,
● Prior experience in lead roles in project implementation, project and program management,
● Lean Six Sigma - continuous improvement practice and approach,
● Strong understanding of PP-DS , MRP and ATP. Preferred knowledge of integration with Logistics, procurement,
inventory management, sales & plant maintenance and manufacturing execution systems (MES),
● Experience working in a global matrixed environment is considered a plus,
