Veolia Water Technologies' Hydrex Chemical Solutions Group is seeking a Field Service Representative in the Western Texas and Panhandle area. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support to customers

  • Collect water samples and conduct chemical test

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot water treatment-related problems

  • Manage inventory for chemicals, reagents, and spare parts

  • Maintain up-to-date log sheets and dosing charts as required

  • Calibrate and maintain chemical feed and control equipment

  • Repair and replace chemical feed and control equipment as required

  • Maintain accurate records of service calls and write a service report

  • Communicate with customers and management

  • Work closely with the assigned Account Manager by communicating daily activities for each account. 

  • Participate in technical training and pass the assessment test

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or other degree

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical field

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Technical proficiency and math skills

  • Computer skills:  Google Workspace

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Valid driver’s license
