Procurement Manager -SEA & ANZ

Oversee and manage all procurement activities for large projects in Southeast Asia and Australia/New Zealand regions with responsibility for the entire procurement process, from sourcing to purchase order creation and follow-up.
Technical
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with companyobjectives and project requirements for the SEA and ANZ regions.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, contracting, and purchase order management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms, pricing, and quality standards.
- Monitor and track supplier performance, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Analyze spend data, market trends, and supplier performance to optimize procurement decisions and achieve cost savings.
- Support Proposal Team in costing phase
- Manage and develop strong supplier relationship with Strategic suppliers
- Develop efficient teamwork with other APAC Procurement platform colleagues and other departments (Business Development,Process and Applications, Engineering, Proposal, Project Execution, Finance, Legal)
- Liaise with Veolia Corporate Procurement to leverage and apply all worldwide contractual terms with global suppliers
- Actively support implementation of Procurement system and procedures in accordance with VEOLIA Procurement Policy
- Respect quality, security and environmental policy
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experince
- 5 year(s) of experience in EPC Industry (Water Industry preferred but not mandatory)
- 10 year(s) of experience in Procurement
- Experience in working within an MNC with regional exposure
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and contract management
- Work experience in the SEA & ANZ region
