The role of this position 此職務角色說明:
- Responsible for identifying and following up industrial on-site service opportunities in line with the development strategy of the Company;
- Direct or support all marketing or commercial activities;
- Collaborate with the other functions of the Company and BU to manage/produce deliverables during the projects development phase.
- Be the main project point of contact with local partners and clients.

-負責根據公司發展策略,開發和跟進各類工業服務業務;
-主導或是支援相關行銷和業務開發活動;
-與公司或集團其他部門合作,管理/製作專案開發階段所需之交付成果;
-作為與合作夥伴和客戶的主要溝通橋樑。


Main responsibilities 此職務的主要職責包含:
-To evaluate business development projects,
-To contact and engage with clients who can be industrial or local authorities,
-To identify, develop, report and maintain the status of business development projects and activities,
-To understand the overall objectives of the Company and and vision of the Group, and to develop business opportunities into new project developments in line with the Company policy and Group guidelines,
-To implement the project till the hand-over to the implementation team,
-To promote the good image of the Company and the Group,
-To carry out any other duties as may be assigned by the direct reporting line.

-與任何潛在客戶聯繫和互動(可能為相關工業客戶或地方政府機關);
-開發及管理業務發展及其相關工作;
-瞭解公司以及集團的總體目標和願景,依公司以及集團政策,開發並簽署新專案;
-專案移交給執行團隊前的專案執行和管理;
-提升及推廣公司及集團良好形象;
-執行直屬主管所交付之任務。

- Education: Bachelor or above degree in engineering, or in environmental science, or in business administration, or in related disciplines.
- At least 10- year experience in project development such as in utilities, energy management projects and/or industrial plants.
- Experiences with elite management consulting firms are preferred.
- Excellent skills in market analysis, market penetration, business development, industrial utility knowledge, and contract management.
- Good business acumen with good network, entrepreneurship, team player, excellent communications, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluently in written and spoken English and Chinese.


-學士或以上工程、或環境科學、或商業管理、或其他相關領域學位;
-在公用事業、能源管理和/或工業廠房等專案開發方面有至少 10 年經驗者佳;
-有工程管理顧問公司業務開發經驗尤佳;
-具備產業分析、市場切入、業務發展、工業公用事業知識、和契約管理能力;
-具有敏銳的商業敏感度、創業家精神,良好的團隊精神、優秀的溝通、談判和人際交往能力;
-須具備流利的中英語說寫能力。
