As an order management specialist you are responsible for the wing to wing management of the order starting from timely and accurate order entry, working with the plant/production for scheduling the order and as a contract management specialist your responsibilities will be to enter and manage customer contracts through its lifecycle. This means creating, modifying, terminating and invoicing customer contracts, supporting dispute resolution for contract invoices.You will also be responsible for managing escalations from field service engineers and commercials. You also have to initiate and lead process improvements impacting team performance.
Essentials:
- High level of French language (oral and written) and English skills
- 2 years relevant professional experience
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Time management and allocation of priorities
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication – both with internal and external customers
- Good problem-solving capability
- Customer service attitude with ownership on any kind of queries
- Logical thinking, analytical mindset, Reporting skills
- Proficient IT skills including Google Workspace
- Team Player
- Solid SAP knowledge and experience as a user
- Experience in customer service / order management

Order management
- Processing product and service related orders in SAP
- Processing complex orders
- Processing orders for key accounts
- Managing order related issues to enable delivery to customers on time in full
- Handling special queries, urgencies with continuous professional communication with our existing customers and stakeholders
- Project billing
- Managing delivery and billing blocks
Contract Management
● Creation, update and termination of frame contracts in SAP
● Driving the achievement of our revenue target through linear contract billing
● Managing price revisions based on commercial request
Account Management
- Handling queries to meet customer expectations
- Gatekeeper to ensure customer data is correct in our system by engaging the relevant departments to update SAP
Dispute Management
● Investigate and resolve customer invoice issues related to documents not sent or not received by the customer in order to facilitate cash collection for better cash cycle results
● Support the sales operational team in the resolution of disputes by making invoice corrections
Contribute to process improvement
● Collect pain points on Customer Care activities and facilitate process improvement initiatives within the organization to improve efficiency
● Run Root Cause Analysis for identified process gaps and provide suggestion and/or solutions to leadership for focus areas, improvements
● Be a pioneer for Customer care job enrichment
