The ‘Lead Finance Analyst – Standard Costing’ will manage the global Veolia Supply Chain ES standard
product costing process. This role will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of all financial transactions
relating to annual development of standard product costing and the revaluation of inventory. The position will
work closely with the ES Plant Finance Managers and Product Management Team. The role requires cross-
functional engagement, organizational, presentation skills, and an ability to understand and analyses
accounting, finance, and operational processes.
Tasks and responsibilities
Prepare annual standard product costing profile update and routine workflow requests for ES
plant/warehouse costing updates/extensions
Drive ES standard product costing policy and procedure updates
Support Commercial/Operations & Product Mgmt. on pricing bids and costing issues
Provide regional margin analysis support, inflation/deflation analytics
Prepare and analyze make versus buy analysis (insourcing)
Support Direct Material Productivity (DMP) projects
Analyse POV and PPV variances
Respond to client ad-hoc requests for customized data and reports in a knowledgeable and flexible
manner
Essentials:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3-5 years’ experience in a Finance/Accounting leadership role
SAP experience
Standard product costing experience

Demonstrated ability to anticipate, identify and resolve complex financial issues
