Job Description
Job Summary
This role will support the consumables Vial Wash Line machine operation and packaging assembly. Perform a variety of production tasks including preparation of materials to assembling of final product with the use of semi-automatic filling machines and manual assembly tasks. Some equipment troubleshooting, and repair will be required.

This candidate would have a strong attention to detail, reliable, and will demonstrate a commitment to teamwork. This candidate will have the ability to be flexible and respond appropriately to workload changes. They should be self-motivated and a good problem solver
Duties & Responsibilities
- Load machines with vials to be processed and unload them after cleaning, placing them on conveyors or racks
- Assist with pre and post line clearance i.e. equipment set-up and take down
- Performing procedural adjustments of manufacturing equipment
- Follow and adhere to all standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, and quality regulatory requirements
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Build sub-assemblies from a bill of material
- Assist in Consumables Lab Assembly as needed and requested

- Manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Problem solving skills
- Experience with ISO 17025 or ISO 9001
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft program

Education & Experience
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- 1 year or more complex manufacturing assembly work experience
- 1 year or more manufacturing machine operations work experience

Compensation:
The compensation range is tied to the market for similarly bench-marked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. The hourly rate/salary $20.00-$24.00.
